Membership year in the Historical Society runs from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31. They publish two journals: the quarterly, Boone County Historian concerning genealogy and history and Oak Leaves, concerning the railroad. Membership entitles you to ONE of these journals at a cost of $15 a year for one - $30 for both. Membership entitles you to free admission to the Museum, also. It is also tax deductible. Admission is $2 (children under 12 FREE when accompanied by an adult).
