Cecil Caplinger and Hurley Ragar (in the black suit). Apparently Cecil left home and lots of folks lost contact with him.

Madge McLeod Nichols, Milburn Mobley, and Uldean Thomason Ragar

Madge McLeod married Louis Nichols who was a barber in Warren for a long time. I think Milburn Mobley married Pearl Morgan and Uldean married Hurley Ragar

Hurley and Uldean Ragar and others at the old steel Bridge

Hurley and Uldean Ragar and others at the old steel Bridge

This photo was taken at the old steel bridge north of Warren. David Ragar wants to get these folks identified if possible.
His parents, Hurley and Uldean Ragar are in the front row on the far right. Hurley Ragar was born 1897-98 so that gives an idea of the time period.

"These are pictures that David Ragar [from Warren] wanted to share with our webpage. He's a guy that was doing genealogy long before most of us, but he doesn't have a computer. You can contact me for David's phone number and address." ~~
