Smith. He is the son of Ruth Hamm and Melton L. Smith. He married Johnnie Lee Landsdale. Both are deceased. They had four girls: Iva Rene, Marcia Lee, Erna Lene, and Theda. I met Mr. Linus about 13 years ago just a few months before he died. One of his daughters lives on his old home place in rural Bradley County. Erna Lene and Theda are deceased." ~~Nora P.
