"Herbert Otto Lubbes and Amelia Bernice Parker Lubbes moved to Warren in the 1930s and lived there until until their deaths in
1961 and 1970. Their daughter, Thelma Jane Lubbes Anderson lived there until moving to Fort Smith in 1993. She died in 1998."
