WARREN, ARKANSAS:
Almer Outlaw, 70, died May 18, 2004. He was born November 5, 1933 to the
late Andy E. Outlaw and Orlean Jones Outlaw. He was a U.S. Army veteran,
and retired from Potlatch Corporation after nearly 40 years of service.
He attended First Freewill Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon and
a Sunday School teacher.
He is survived by his wife, Joe Ann Jeffcoat Outlaw; a son, David E. Outlaw of
Pleasant Grove; a daughter, Belinda Joye Outlaw Cauley of Sumpter; a brother,
Levan Outlaw of Pine Bluff; 4 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. He was
preceded in death by a great-grandchild, Kenny Westerbuhr.
Burial was at Outlaw Cemetery with arrangements by Frazer's Funeral Home
of Warren, AR.
