LITTLE ROCK -- Willie M. Lillard
Brown, 78, of Little Rock, a former
resident of Monticello, died Saturday
at St. Vincent Infirmary here.

Mrs. Brown was a daughter of Tom
and Georgia Johnson Lillard. Her
husband, Arthur Brown, died Janu-
ary 14, 1975.

She had lived in Little Rock for 11
years and was a Presbyterian.

Survivors include six sons, Billy
Ray Brown and Aubrey G. Brown,
both of Monticello, William L. Brown
of Benton, Harold K. Brown of
Crossett, Huey D. Brown of Ham-
burg, and Phillip L. Brown of Jack-
sonville; five daughters, Dorothy
Jones of Damascus (Faulkner Coun-
ty), Marie Davenport of Little Rock,
Mary Cooper of Dumas, and Violet
Pickle and Patsy Ann Williams, both
of Crossett; a brother, Lester Lillard
of Little Rock; 24 grandchildren; and
eight great-grandchildren.

The funeral is scheduled for 2 p.m.
Tuesday at Stephenson Funeral
Home of Monticello, with Reverend
R. V. White officiating. Burial will be
in Valley Cemetery near Monticello.
