9 October 2010: Tornado, Bradley County, Arkansas

My cousin Brenda Ezell emailed me about a tornado that happened on October 9, 2010 in Warren, Bradley County, Arkansas.

"Just a note to let you know we are ok. We had a tornado come thru yesterday morning.
I was at work and thought the door at the bank was coming off; it came up all of a sudden
and was gone. We have a lot of damage around Bradley County, and here at home also.
Have been out cleaning up the yard this morning. It tore up mom's patio furniture. She
looked out the window and saw it flying thru the air. Have some siding off the house and
the carport is bowed on one end. There was no warning. Was out of power at work from
10 am till closing time at 5 pm and it was still off then. Makes for a long day sitting at
work in the dark. Some people are still out of power. Gotta run. Brenda"

The 2009 NOAA "Arkansas Weather Statistics" Report says:
"A man was injured by flying debris in Warren (Bradley Co.), October 9."
