Will of Hugh J. Bradley

County of Bradley

 I, Hugh J. Bradley of the County and State aforesaid, being of sound and disposing 
mind and memory do make, ordain, publish and declare, this to be my last will and 
testament, hereby revoking, and making null and void all last wills and testaments,
by me at any time heretofore made, and do dispose of the property with which I am
blessed and possessed as follows...

Item, I give devise, and bequeath to my bloved sister Rebecca A. Hearing all of the
property real, personal, and mixed, of which I may die seized and professed.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand, and affixed my seal this
the 17th day of March A D 1802.

Before the Clerk in vacation

On this the 24th day of June A D 1803 Personally appreared before me C. H. Seay
Clerk of the Circuit Court and Ex Officio Clerk of the Court of Probate in  and
for aforesaid
County and State.

A. C. Jones & I, H. Pennington who being duly sworn, made oath that H. J. Bradley
the testator to the foregoing will, did sign, seal, publish and declare, the same
to be his last will and testament, in the presence of each of us, and in the 
presence of eath other, and at the request of the testator did sign their 
respective names thereto as witnesses.

day & date above written.

In testimony whereof I hereto set my hand & official seal of said court at office
this 24th June AD 1803.

I, C. H. Seay Clerk & Ex Officio Recorder in and for aforesaid county & state do
hereby certify that the annexed and foregoing will was filed in the Office of the
Clerk for said County & State on the 24th day of June AD 1803 for proof probation 
& record, and that the same, together with the certificates thereto after having
been duly proven, probated and ordered of record, is now duly record in Record 
book of Wills page 21. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official Seal of my Office this 28th July A D 1803.
