"This eight-wheel log wagon, powered by four mules, was posed in front of L. D. Oaks photographic studio on First Street with Staley Park as the background.  The foreground reveals a mudhole that shows why an eight-wheel vehicle was necessary.

The riders are C. C. Estes, publisher of The Courier, All and Bill Webb, pool hall owners, Frank Tisdial, Hardy Boulton, Newt Wells, Roy Walk, Ben Clagg, Fred Peterson, Henry Burgess, and two Burton brothers, owners of the outfit."
