"The picture above of Corning Roller Mills is another work of L. D. Oaks, an early Corning photographer.  The firm was located in East Corning and owned by the Bennetts.  The number of employees standing around in the photo, plus the fact that they had two delivery trucks, are evidence that this was a thriving business in Corning many years ago.  Plus, the sign above the front door indicates that they were also the authorized Studebaker dealer for this area."
