This is a photo which I believe was taken in front of the old Federal Building (which used to be next door to the Courthouse). I'm not sure about that (I will check with my mom, who is in the photo), but I know the names are correct as she gave me those. She worked there during WWII. This was made in approximately 1943 and is the Cleveland County Ration Office Staff - left to right - Gussie Mae Speaks, Willie Goggins, Bertram Wilson, Helen Gresham, and Reba Bryant Morgan. I hope you can use it - it's really faded out - but very historic since that building isn't even there anymore. I worked in the Federal Building myself during the summer of about 1974 in the county welfare office for Mrs. 'Hook' Rodgers....Becky Cheney
