KINGSLAND — Robert Leon Clements, 61, of Kingsland died Sunday, February 13, 2005, at his home. Born August 24, 1943, at San Diego, Calif., he was the son of Raymond and Maxine Clements of Kingsland. He was a graduate of Kingsland High School and Ouachita Baptist University. He was an NAIA Basketball Hall of Fame Inductee and an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. Clements was Vice President of Real Estate at Simmons First National Bank for 16 years and a building contractor.
Other than his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Krista Peppers and her husband, David of Arkadelphia, Carlin Reeder and her husband, Scott of Benton, La.; two sisters, Barbara Anne Eeckhoudt and her husband, John of Pine Bluff, Jo Rogers of Pine Bluff; and three grandchildren, Catherine Rose Peppers, Blaine Reeder, and Peyton Reeder.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2005, at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ware Russell officiating. Burial will be in McCoy Cemetery. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.

Robert Leon Clements, age 61, of Kingsland, died Saturday, February 13, 2005, at his home.
Born August 24, 1943 at San Diego, CA, he was the son of Raymond and Maxine Clements of Kingsland.
