William Franklin WIGGINS

William Franklin WIGGINS may have been born in Monett, MO, he was the foster child of the WIGGINS family. Mysteries are hard to trace since the 1890 census is not available. He thought his birth name was WRIGHT. I found a William F. WRIGHT, son of Serilda WRIGHT a widow, in the 1880 census the age seemed to be correct. My grandfather did not know his true date of birth so he chose his daughter Gladys' birthday and guessed the year. 1877

 WOOD

This photo is of one of my aunts, Orilla WOOD, Laura Bell WOOD or Sally Ora WOOD but I have no way of knowing which one. She is the daughter of John WOOD who resided in Crawford County, AR in the 1882 to 1899 time frame. Orilla WOOD married Samuel S. FOWLER and lived in Kansas and Colorado.
Laura Bell reportedly lived in Oklahoma in the early 1900's. Sally Ora married William Albert HEATH and lived in Oklahoma and Texas prior to her death in 1913. My father, John Edward WOOD was born near Van Buren in 1888.
If anyone can definitely identify this photo, feel free to contact me via
email.
