J.W. Vincent, 77, of Fordyce died Sunday December 30, 2007 at the Dallas County Medical Center. Born December 1, 1930 at Forster, AR, he was a son of the late Marvin Vincent and Mary Sanders Vincent. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Vincent. He is survived by one son, Doug Vincent of Fordyce; one daughter, Gwen Gary of San Antonio, TX, one brother, Roy Vincent of Waldron; three sisters, Geraldine Jack, Norma Huskin, Nadine Pishione, all of Fresno, CA; one grandchild, Alex Jay of San Antonio, TX. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home. Funeral Services are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
