JOHNNIE O'HARA


 LlTTLE ROCK -- Johnnie Mae O'Hara, 86, of Carthage, died May 9, 1998, at New Baptist Hospital here.


 She was born on June 7, 1911, at Carthage, a daughter of the late William Goodloe and Rosie Lorine Crain Hall.


 She was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church at Carthage, where she was a church clerk, member of the Missionary


 Society and a Sunday School teacher.


 She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert O'Hara.


Survivors include a son, Billy Joe O'Hara of Carthage; four daughters, Mary J. O'Hara and Rosie Lee Smith, both of Las Vegas, Josephine Madison of San Diego and Johnnie Jo O'Hara of Carthage; three sisters, Pearlie Mae Hawkins of Carthage, Lillie Mae McAlpine of San Francisco and Elizabeth Oakley of Antioch, California; 19 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchilaren.


 The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church at Carthage with the Rev. Kenneth Juniel officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery at Carthage by Brown-Williams Funeral Home at Fordyce.
