22 Feb 2002 PINE BLUFF COMMERCIAL FORDYCE -- Bobby Clyde Green, 67, of Fordyce, died February 19, 2002, at his home. Born April 18, 1934, at Fordyce, he was a son of the late Johnce Green and Delia Mae Barnes Green. He was a member of Beech Grove Missionary Baptist Church of Fordyce. He was a retired salesman for Colonial Bread Company, where he worked for 34 years. He was also a 32nd degree Mason. He was preceded in death by one brother, William "Bill" Green. Survivors include his wife, Delain Lansdale Green; two sons, Lacey Green of Magnolia and Lorne Green of Morrilton; two stepsons, Mike Hornaday of Fordyce and Wayne Hornaday of Thornton; one daughter, Cynthia Howerton of Fordyce; one stepdaughter, Dianne McManus of Fordyce; one brother, Barty Green of Fordyce; two sisters, Lula Merle Crowder and Paulette Harper, both of Fordyce; three grandchildren; and seven stepgrandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today at Benton Funeral Home at Fordyce with the Rev. Roger Copeland officiating. Burial will be in Stoney Point Cemetery at Fordyce.
