Odell F. Rogers, 83, of Sheridan died Thursday. He was born August 28, 1921 in Cleveland County the son of Joel C. Rogers and Fannie Hillman Rogers. He was a World War II veteran and was retired from Shell Oil refinery. He is survived by one son, Don Rogers of Deer Park, TX; one brother, Oliver Rogers of Fordyce; three sisters, Vera Wells of Fordyce, Victoria Morehead of Poyen, Vivian Nash of Fordyce; three grandchildren, Nova Ordner, Scott Rogers, Ryan Rogers; three great-grandchildren, Mason Ordner, Drew Rogers and Aubreey Ordner. Graveside services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Stoney Point Cemetery near Fordyce. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce.
