Barbara L. Wells Barnes 72, of Fordyce died Wednesday May 28, 2008 at St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock. Born January 19, 1936 in Dallas County, she was the daughter of Vera Wells of Fordyce and the late Coyle D. Wells. She was a member of Zion Baptist Church of Fordyce. Survivors include her husband, Homer Dean Barnes of Fordyce; a son, Travis D. (Tracy) Barnes and his wife, Lisa of Gosnell; a daughter, Donna Barnes Hart and her husband, Scott of Fordyce; a brother, Travis Wells of Fordyce; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday May 30, 2008 at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
