  • Beech Bluff, the post office was created on 08 Jan 1850, and discontinued on 08 February 1867.
  • Beech Grove - No information located at this time.
  • Bucksnort - Bucksnort was a town around 1800s. They had a large commissary store, post office, blacksmith shop, and a few other enterprises at the cross roads.
  • Bunn was created between 1910 and 1920 from parts of Chester & Princeton townships. Post office created on 20 July 1907, date discontinued unavailable.
  • Cachemasso,the post office was created on 17 July 1849, and was discontinued on 08 February 1867.
  • Carthage was incorporated in 1907, from Chester Township. The post office was created on 10 July 1906, still in operation.
  • Chambersville, the post office was created on 05 Nov 1853, discontinued on 02 February 1866.
  • Champagnolia was created in 1845. Annexed to Calhoun County in 1851.
  • Chappel, the post office was created on 19 June 1850, was discontinued on 29 Jan 1861.
  • Chase, the post office creation date is unavailable, was discontinued on 31 Oct 1905.
  • Chester was created in 1858. Part to Bunn between 1910-20.
  • Como, the post office was created on 23 May 1853, discontinued on 07 August 1871.

  • Crouse, the post office creation date is unavailable, was discontinued on 15 February 1907.
  • Cruse (Historical) - No information located at this time.
  • Daisey, the post office creation date unavailable, was discontinued on 31 Oct 1905.
  • Dalark, the post office was created on 08 Oct 1887, discontinued on 31 August 1957. Named for it's location on the Dallas & Clark County line.
  • Damo, the post office was created on 26 Oct 1860, date discontinued unavailable.
  • Dry Run, was created between 1880-90. The post office was created on 05 May 1886, and discontinued on 24 May 1892.
  • Eaglette, the post office creation date is unavailable, was discontinued on 15 February 1927.
  • Estes, the post office creation date is unavailable, was discontinued on 31 Mar 1917.
  • Fairview, the post office was created on 27 Sep 1852, date discontinued is unavailable.
  • Farindale, Farindale was the last store (or beer joint) on HWY 167 before crossing the Saline river bridge. Mail was delivered from Carthage back in the thirties.
  • Fordyce, was created between 1880-1890. Part went to Southall in 1907. Made into County seat in 1908. Post office created on 25 June 1883, still in operation.
  • Forrest Bonner, No information located at this time.
  • Fruitridge - No information located at this time.
  • Green, the post office creation date is unavailable, was discontinued on 15 February 1905.
  • Heine (Historical) - No information located at this time.
  • Hickory Hills, the post office was established on 17 May 1849, and was discontinued on 05 Mar 1850.
  • Holly Springs was created in 1856 from part of Tulip Township.
  • Ivan was created in 1908 as a logging camp and remained a community after the logging industry left. Post office created on 08 Oct 1906, still in operation.
  • Ivy, the post office was created on 11 July 1878, discontinued on 30 Nov 1953.
  • Jacinto (Historical), the post office was created on 05 Mar 1892, discontinued on 18 February 1931.
  • Jackson was created in 1845.
  • Jinks, the post office was created on 10 February 1914, discontinued on 15 June 1915.
  • Lea's Ferry, the post office was created on 29 Oct 1860, date discontinued is unavailable.
  • Liberty was created between 1890-1900 from parts of Princeton township.
  • Manchester was created in 1836. Annexed from Clark County in 1845. Part annexed back to Clark County in 1869 and part to Willow Township between 1910-20.
  • Manning, the post office was created on16 May 1914, date discontinued unavailable.
  • McIntosh, the post office was created on 02 February 1914, discontinued on 31 Jan 1916.
  • Moro was created in 1848. Annexed to Calhoun County in 1851. Post office established 27 May 1846, discontinued 31 Jan 1853.
  • New Hope - New Hope was supposed to have been the official name of the country school in Southall Township, but it kept the name Cooter-neck.
  • Nix was created between 1890-1900 from parts of Owen, Princeton & Smith Townships. The post office was created on 17 August 1888, and discontinued on 15 July 1918.
  • Oak Grove, the post office was created on 22 Mar 1878, date discontinued is unavailable.
  • Oakhurst (Historical), the post office creation date is unavailable, discontinued on 31 Oct 1905.
  • Ouachita,the post office was created on 13 Apr 1914, and discontinued on 19 July 1954.
  • Owen was created in 1844. Annexed from Clark County in 1845. Part went to Nix Township, between 1890-1900.
  • Petty, the post office was created on 06 July 1912, discontinued on 30 Oct 1920.
  • Pine Grove, the post office was created on 29 Oct 1860, discontinued on 15 Dec 1923.
  • Polk was created in 1850. Annexed to Calhoun County in 1851.
  • Princeton was created 01 January 1845. It was the first town in Dallas County and was known as Dallaston, until November, 1845. Part to went to Liberty and part to Nix between 1890-1900. Part went to Southall in 1907 and part to Bunn between 1910-20. County seat 1845-1908. Post office was established 06 Oct 1845, discontinued 11 August 1967.
  • Ramsey,was settled around 1845 and was originally known as the Redbud Community. The post office was created on 18 February 1884, discontinued on 31 July 1917.
  • Red Bird - No information located at this time.
  • Roane - Post office creation date unavailable, discontinued on 31 Jan 1917.
  • Round Hill - Post office created 22 Mar 1878, discontinued on 06 Dec 1881 when the office was moved to Willow.
  • Saline (Historical) was created in 1850. Annexed to Cleveland County in 1873. Post office created on 22 Mar 1878, discontinued on 30 Nov 1925.
  • Seals, the post office was created on 07 August 1903, discontinued on 10 July 1906. Renamed "Carthage."
  • Shady Grove No information located at this time. Silver Springs No information located at this time.
  • Smith was created in 1844. Annexed from Clark County in 1845. Part to Nix Township. Between 1890-1900 and part to Willow between 1910-20.
  • Southall was created in 1907 from parts of Fordyce & Princeton Townships.
  • Sparkman, the post office was created on 29 Sep 1893, still in operation.
  • Stover, the post office was created on 09 July 1857, date discontinued unavailable.
  • Swaty, the post office was created on 23 Apr 1916, discontinued on 15 Sep 1923.
  • Tulip, was created in 1850. Part went to Holly Springs in 1856. The post office was established on 29 Dec 1845,and discontinued on 14 Jan 1938.
  • Wave, the post office was established on 04 Oct 1920, date discontinued unavailable.
  • Welchs Shop (Historical) No information located at this time.
  • Willow is located east of the Round Hill Community and was created from parts of Manchester and Smith Townships between 1910-20. The Post office was created on 03 July 1882, and discontinued on 14 Mar 1969.
