that my personal description is: Color-White, complexion-Fair, height-5
feet 6 inches, weight-150 pounds, color of hair-Black, color of eyes-Blue,
other visible distinctive marks-none; I was born in Herbricken, Switzerland.,
on the 2nd day of August, anno Domini 1870; I now reside at Conway, Ark.
I emigrated to the United States of America from Havre, France on the
vessel- unknown; *the name of my wife is Mary & she was born in (can read),
Switzerland; she now resides in Conway, Ark. I am married; my last foreign
residence was Herbricken, Switzerland. It is my bona fide intention
to renounce forever the allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince,
potentate, state, or sovereignty, and particularly to President of Switzerland
of which I am now a citizen; I arrived at the port of New York, in the
state of New York on or about the 1st day of December anno Domini 1882;
I am not an anarchist; I a!
m not a polygamist nor a believer in the
practice of polygamy; and it is my intention in good faith to become a
citizen of the United States of America and to permanently reside therein:

Germany on the vessel- Graf Waldersee; my last foreign residence was
Turye, Hungary; *I am married; the name of my wife Mary Soos; she was born
at Varkeszo, Hungary and now resides in Conway, Arkansas. It is my bona
fide intention to renounce forever the allegiance and fidelity to any foreign
prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, and particularly to Miklos Horly,
President of Hungary of which I am now a citizen; I arrived at the port
of New York, in the state of New York on or about the 26th day of October

potentate, state, or sovereignty, and particularly to Prince Elbert of
which I am now a citizen/subject; I arrived at the port of New York, in
