Henry Keathley

Henry Keathley, for 50 years a resident of Mt. Vernon died at his home Sunday at the age of 74.

Mr. Keathley was a native of Tennessee. He is survived by his wife, Mrs Lou Keathley; five sons, Arthur and Delphia Keathley of Volinia, and Warren Keathley of Conway and two daughters, Mrs. Cy Flowers of Mt. Vernon, and Mrs. Martha Garland of Conway.

Funeral services in charge of Rev. E.F. Simmons were conducted Monday and burial made in Heffington Cemetery in charge Doolins Funeral Home.

MRS. LOU KEATHLEY, 77, DIED AT ENOLA

Mrs. Keathley had lived at Enola since her birth on Feb. 9, 1876. She was the widow of Henry Keathley, whom she married in 1912. She was a member of the Enola Baptist Church. Survivors include three brothers, John and Homer Lane of Enola, three sisters, Mrs. Clara Grimes of Enola, Mrs. George Griffin of Greenbreir and Mrs. Hattie Clanton of Mt. Vernon; and her step-mother Mrs. Nora Lane of Conway.

Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. P.O. Herrington tomorrow at 2:30 o'clock at Enola Baptist Church. Active pallbearers will be; George and Jack Grimes, Boyd and Dale Lane, Elijah Bailey, and Bevin Clanton. Honorary pallbearers will be Lewis B. Setzler, J.N. Mathews, Jonnie Jobe, W.T. Mathews, J.A. Bell, Gradey Lasely, Grady Ingram, Kitchell F. Wilson, Dr. E.M. Ingram, and O.J. Quattlebaumn. Burial will be at Marcus Hill Cemetery by McNutt Funeral Home.
