MRS. SHAW, 75, CLAIMED BY DEATH

Mrs. Carrie Shaw, 75, of 1353 Davis Street, died Wednesday (April 27, 1966). She was the widow of John W. Shaw.

She was born September 17, 1890, at Chadwick in Faulkner County and was a lifelong resident of Arkansas. She had lived in Conway 50 years.

She was a member of Second Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, Thomas Amon Shaw, Jack W. Shaw, and Vince A. Shaw, all of Conway; five daughters, Mrs. Raymond Fiddler, Mrs. Earl Parks, Mrs. Hoyt Goggans, and Mrs. Bobby Thornton, all of Conway, and Mrs. Edna Nell Moler of Danville; 20 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Second Baptist Church by the Rev. William West. Burial will be in New Liberty Cemetery by Doolin Funeral Home.

Active pallbearers named were Othar Talley, Tony Troillet, Hoyt Goggans, Henry Morgan, Carrie Stevens, Edgar H. Parker, Dale Collins, and Horston Boydston.
