MRS. R.B. SHAW DIES AT HER HOME HERE SUNDAY NIGHT

Mrs. Susan Virginia Shaw, one of Conway's oldest residents, died at her home, 1723 Caldwell Street, last night. She was 92 and the widow of Robert Bruce Shaw.

She was the mother of George Shaw, real estate and insurance executive, and Miss Evie Shaw of the library staff at Arkansas State Teacher's College.

Mrs. Shaw was a member of the Church of Christ and United Daughters of the Confederacy. She was born near Conway, May 03, 1862.

Also surviving are another son, Bryan Shaw of Marianna; two granddaughters, Mrs. Walter W. Hoy of Dallas, Tex., and Miss Anne Shaw of Conway; a grandson, Lt. George Shaw, Jr., of the Navy; and one great-grandson, Jeffrey Hoy of Dallas.

Funeral will be at Pence's Funeral Chapel at 4 p.m. Tuesday by the Rev. Joel A. Cooper, Dr. C.M. Reves, and Lucian Farrar. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers will include Sam E. Adkisson of Russellville, S. Theodore Smith, William S. Little, Fletcher Smith, James H. Moore, and Robert Ott.
