The Paragould volunteer soldier boys are upon the eve of leaving on the first lap of their long journey to France to fight YOUR battles---to fight for YOUR home.  They merit the highest tribute we can pay them.  Everybody in Paragould and Greene county is invited to join in a grand demonstration in bidding them God-speed--a hearty good-bye.  When the final message order is received the factory whistles will blow and that will be the signal for everybody to turn out.  You will know by that signal that only a short time remains in which to conduct the farewell demonstration.  Turn out and parade with them.  Show your patriotism.  Show YOUR appreciation of their patriotic services.
