Henry Haynes Burns Frances Penelope Harris

Henry Haynes Burns was born in Carroll County, Georgia, the son of William A. "Billy" Burns and Luraney Ward. In 1855, he married Frances Penelope Harris, born in South Carolina, the daughter of Elijah and Elizabeth Harris. Henry and Frances came to Hempstead County, Arkansas about 1869 and moved to Shelby County, Texas in the early 1900's. They are buried in the Campti Cemetery, Shelby County, Texas southwest of Shreveport, Louisiana.
