I give and bequeath to my beloved Wife Margaret Moss, all my property and Estate, both real, personal and mixed, to have and to hold, during her natural life, and any residue that may remain at her death, to be equally divided between my children. I James Gleghorn being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this life, do make and publish this my last will and testament and do hereby make void and revoke all former wills made by me or perporting to have been made by me. First it is my will that my funeral expenses first be paid and all of my just debts out of my money, or effects as soon after my death as is practble or out of any money that I may die possessor of as may come into the hands of my executor. Secondly it is my will and desire that my Executors shall sell a sufficient quantity of my personally property either publickly or privateley to pay all my just debts that is now against me provided that there is not money enough to pay my debts without selling any of my personally property Thirdly, it is my will and desire and I also give and bequeath to my wife Mary Gleghorn all of my property consisting of all of my horses, chattels Sheep and hogs that is owned by me at this time and also one waggon and all of my houshold and kitchen furniture to have and to hold the said property for the use and benefit of raising my children as her own during her natural life Fourthly and lastly I do annominate and appoint my wife Mary Gleghorn and James J. Jett & William S. Jett to be my Executors of this my last Will and Testament directing my said Executors to pay all my Just debts and funeral expenses and the legacies hereinafter given out of my Estate Second after the payment of my said debts and funeral expenses I give to my son James P. Jett the sum of one thousand dollars to be placed in the hands of Benj. P. Jett in Trust for him the said James P. Jett to be used for the mentainance and support of him in such maner and form as the said Benj. P.
