Lee County, Arkansas Cemeteries

Hancock Cemetery

Haynes, Arkansas

Location:  Take Hwy 1 to Haynes.  Take a left on Hwy 131 (the main drag in Haynes).  The road will dead end at a yellow brick house.  Take field road that runs on left side of house and take first right on field road that runs north behind the house.  Follow road until it ends at the edge of the woods.  The cemetery is in the woods not too far in.

Nancy Apple and Pat Audirsch surveyed this cemetery in January 2006.   They plan on going back to this one because there are probably stones buried that they can find.  If you have any further information about this cemetery, please contact me.

If you know of anyone else buried here, and would like to add their name, please contact me.  I can also create a link for you to any of these names if you find someone that belongs to your family.  The information presented is as correct as possible, however you may want to verify its accurateness.
