1925 COMMUNITY PHOTOS

 

Evidently during the month of May 1925, a photographer by the name of J. C. Hawkins from Newton, Iowa, was traveling through Madison County taking pictures of community groups. 

              He signed each photo:

My mother, Bonnie Harwood Tice, had a copy of the Jones Community group photo which she had framed and displayed in her home. 

Joy Russell has taken photos of this one and other group photos and graciously provided the files for display here.  Perhaps your relatives are in one of these.
