The man in the first row with the book and the horn is my great grandfather William Andrew Price b. 1875 d. 1904, he was the son of David Andrew and Anna EJ Cunningham, he married Lillie May Clark in Madison Co., AR August 1900. They were the parents of Basil Price.

I am looking for more information regarding Lillie May Clark, she was working in the Phipps household in the 1900 census.
