Can anyone tell me who he is

This picture belonged to Rachel Raby Isom who was born in Marion County Arkansas in 1876. Rachel was the daughter of James Dolphus Raby and Minerva Jane George Raby.

The Raby's settled in the Buffalo area around 1860 from North Carolina. The George's around 1850 from Izard and Stone counties of Arkansas. Rachel married Martin (MA, Mart) Isom/Ison in 1893 in Marion County. Rachel and Martin Isom lived in the Big Creek area until about 1900.

The man may be a George, Raby or Ison/Isom.
