Unknown Man on Horse

Can anyone tell me who he is

The man on the horse may be Martin (M.A./Mart) Ison/Isom as a young man in Marion County. Martin Isom was born in 1875 (unknown location). Parents are unknown. Martin married Rachel Raby in 1893 in Marion county Arkansas. Martin had a half brother named Bill Avey and a sister Jane Isom. The family left the Buffalo area around 1900 and traveled with the George and Raby families to Texas. After leaving Texas they traveled to Shreveport, LA with the George families and later to Drew County Arkansas and later to Desha County Arkansas. Martin died in November 1936 in Watson Arkansas.
