This is an unidentified picture. It came from the family of Willie Parker b. 1893, who was the sister of Mary E. Parker b. 1889, Arizona "Cassie" Parker b. 1886 and Viola Parker b. 1891. Their parents were William (Billy) Parker b. 1846 and Sarah E. Ramsey b. 1855.Willie married C.W. Cummings, Mary E. married George L.
