See a Parade in Harrison with Unknown Children

Can anyone identify any of them and when this parade took place

I have a couple interesting photo's I'd like to share. I think they were from the collection of the Covington's. Although I don't know who is in the photo's, the stamp on the bottom says Shattuck, and I think that might be a photographer in Harrison. Maybe someone will see these and help to identify?

The poster boards the children have read like this: Jack and Jill went up a hill to see a mighty battle. We'll kill those Germans Jack said Jill, just like a bunch of cattle.

I about choked when I read it...those are some pretty strong words to have children parading around!! But it is what it is I guess.
