I am looking for any information on Josiah L. or Josiah S. MCKIEL. Both are listed in the Federal Land Records as owning land in Phillips County in 1839 and 1858, respectively. Birth, marriage or death records, perhaps cemeteries records, of any MCKIEL would be greatly appreciated. I believe one is my great-great grandfather. My great-grandfather was William B. MCKIEL who married Mahalla A. RANDOLPH in Holly Springs, Mississippi in 1846. They both came from Phillips County, Arkansas.

The surnames I am looking for are WOODS/CAMPBELL. My Grandfather was Fred Quincy WOODS. His father was John William WOODS and his mother was Mary Ophelia CAMPBELL. I have found them in the 1920 census for Keevil Township, Monroe County. My mother Billie Jean WOODS tells me Keevil was just a couple of buildings at a cross-road. I am looking to find a marriage license for John William and Mary Ophelia or any other information. I don't have any information on John William's brothers or sisters; but I believe Mary Ophelia had brothers Willis CAMPBELL, West CAMPBELL, and her mother's name was Susan (maiden name unknown) CAMPBELL. Her mother and brothers were also living in Keevil Township at the time of the 1920 census. Any information or direction on where to find this information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
