I am seeking information on the children of Mrs. Cordelia (DICKERSON) FRUEN. She was on the Monroe Co AR census for 1860 with her three children: Josephine, Evaline and Calvin. She remarried to Joseph FRUEN in 1861 in Monroe Co. By 1880, Joseph, Cordelia and Josephine have moved to Yell Co AR, along with William FRUEN, 8 years old. I would like info on the DICKERSON children or the FRUEN'S.

I found Tilman MURPH(EY) listed on 1860 Phillips Co,AR census. Does anyone have any info on Tilman MURPHY or have the 1860 AR census and could do a look up for me. I've also found a Tilman MURPHY in Edgar Co,IL census, 1850. Any help you have is greatly appreciated.

I am seeking information on the parents of Florence B. BRYAN, b. 14 Aug 1877 in Brinkley, Monroe Co., AR and married, 7 Dec 1896 in Brinkley, Monroe Co., AR to William Miller WILSON. Florence was the daughter of C.K. BRYAN (I believe his name is Charles K. but can't prove it yet) and A. A. (Augusta A.) TUCKER. I know from census information and the family Bible that C.K. was born 17 Jan 1840 in GA and died 19 Feb 1881 in AR. The family seemed to move between Marshall or Tate Co., MS and Monroe Co., AR. I have quite a bit of information on Augusta Tucker BRYAN'S family, but none on C.K. BRYAN. If anyone has a C.K. or Charles BRYAN in their line I would appreciate sharing information.

Other Andersons listed are J.R. and Yancey. Looking for descendants of John & Sarah Anderson HOGAN & Chisholm L. ANDERSON. May have come from Cherokee Co. North Carolina between 1860 & 1870.

I am searching for information on the Edward WILD family. According to some information I have he was 41 in the 1860 Monroe Co. census. He is listed as a farmer. Residing with him was his wife, Jane MCDONALD age 38, and his children: Eliza Ann, age 17,Elizabeth age 16, William Harvey age 10, Benjamin F. age 7, Louisa J. age 1. Also living with them were: George ABBOTT age 26, and William ABBOTT age 23. They were common laborers. Of them all only Louisa J. was born in Arkansas. Jane MCDONALD was born in Kentucky. Eliza and Elizabeth were both born in Indiana, William and Benjamin were born in Kentucky. The ABBOTTS were born in Indiana. If anyone can supply me with any information on this family I would be very grateful. I have searched for a long time with few results. Thank You.

I am specifically looking for my brother, Thomas Leroy PATTERSON DOB 9-10-1915. Also, I am looking for info on my mother's family. Her name is Goldean BENSON PATTERSON DOB 7-11-1902. She lived most of her life and died in Monroe County. I am interested in getting the census for Monroe County 1910, 1920, 1930, and 1940.

James Robert SORRELS from Mississippi had a daughter, Mattie, who married Will P. TAYLOR by 1900 census. She died during the 1950s and is buried at Zent, Arkansas near Wheatley Township. I would like to hear from anyone who knows the SORRELS-TAYLOR families and their history.

According to family documents, I have relatives (includng Confederate veteran William D. DIXON) buried in the White Church Cemetery in Monroe, Arkansas. Is this cemetery still accessible? Is it open to the public? Are the markers in fairly decent shape? Thanks so much for your help.
