Any info on John Daugherty SEBASTION. Lived near Clarendon, Monroe Co .Arkansas. He died 4/11/1863 at Petersburg,Virginia hospital after being captured at Arkansas Post while serving in the command of Captain Alfred Johnson's Texas Spy Company. Also related William, John, Joe and Tas SEBASTION. Also related to the Drury CONNALLY family..

Is anyone researching the James D. and Georgianna KING YOUNG family? Georgianna was the daughter of George and Mary Ann Rideout KING. She was born 1869, died 1942 and is buried in Choctaw Cem. in Monroe Co. Her husband James M. YOUNG was born 1861, died 1931 and also buried in Choctaw Cem. I would like to correspond with any of their descendants about the King family.

My maternal grandparents and their two children lived at (near?) Roe in the early 1900s: Arista Oscar HELMS and Atlanta Catherine Dain HELMS Children: Mable Lorinda and Oran Dain Oran died in 1903 and is buried at Roe. 1. Have cemeteries been recorded? Can someone help me locate his grave? 2. Arista and "Kate" divorced not long after 1903; possibly in Roe. Where might I find divorce records?

Need names of children of Jesse LAWLER who lived in Monroe Co. and was listed on the 1860 census. Never fought in the Civil War, was killed sometime in l861 by a runaway slave. Need names of family members so I can do futher research. I know from the census record that Jesse LAWLER was born in Alabama; his wife was born in Mississippi. She appears on the l870 Yalobusha Co. Mississippi census with my great grandfather , Archibald Horace LAWLER, and his sister, Mattie. No other family members were listed. He had two older brothers, one named William and one named Thomas. Please help if you can. Are there any LAWLERS living today in Monroe Co. ?

Seeking info on my grandfather- Eugene Cullon WYNN, b. 6/13/1906 in Brinkley, Monroe Co. AR. SSDI application says father was James WYNN - family remembers him to be of German descent/white. His mother is Mattie YOUNG, of African descent. He apparently moved from Brinkley to Humnoke, Lonoke Co. AR around age 30. Occupation=farming; self employed. He married Florida HODGES, date unknown. Hey, searching for Steven ELEDGE bn. 2-24-1860 d. 12-30-1922, he is buried in Brinkley Ar., md. Sarah E. FLEMING (?not sure of maiden name) bn. 9-6-1859 d. ca. 1935. Her birth date is on his headstone but a death date for Sarah never was placed. Their children are..... Samuel Gregg, Ocie Henry, Ruby Florence, Cora Ethel and Nora Edith.
