Good Morning. I'm looking for any information or input on the family CALLAWAY/CALLOWAY from Monroe county. 1955. Viola CALLAWAY. born 1886 AR. Her maiden name was HELMS. sister to William Harvey HELMS. Sister to Dona B. Helms/Johnson. b. 1893 AR. Sister to Ed HELMS of Lawrence County, b.1877 AR. Seeking information on Patrick J KENNEDY @ 1880--1917 Rock Roe Twnship/Devalls Bluff. located living with Louis H WILLIAMS family 1879. fall 1880 ULMVILLAGE Married a Cherokee Indian "Maggie" father given last name ADAMS PJ was Judge JusticePeace 1886-1888? They were around Irish Presbyterian Missionaries Rev J.C.KENNEDY A.R. KENNEDY ( married to Susan WILSON (Pres Wilson's sister) AR & Susan ( sometimes called Marion) finally settled in Batesville. AR was on Board of Trustees of Lyon College until death. PJ & Maggie had 10 kids (only 1 girl-Marie) PJ had several brothers in Monroe/Prairie Co. When PJ married Maggie it caused quite a riff "bringing a savage into the Sangarrll Bloodline" ((Their feels not mine!) and it split up family. I have a list of residents/old settlers of the village ( mostly Indian names) 1856-1880? PJ and Maggie assocated with: Roe School (Idlewild? sic) Grandson Charles (my dad) went to school there a couple years 19343536??? Wattensaw Presbyterian Church Chickasaw Presbyterian Church Both buried in OAK?Oakland around Devalls Bluff. 197 & 1918 Other Kennedys are also buried nearby- Yet I don't know who all. SOME are buried in Hunter (Woodruff Co.) & a couple in Des Arc area. Dad's Uncle RG was Game Warden there in more modern days. Dad's Uncle Jimmy (James A.) married 1910 or so around Clarendon to the miller girl??? Jim died in WPA truckwreck at Dixie/Lil Dixie (Woodruff Co) I believe they were living in Des Arc at the time??? Granddad "" SEEDEE-- DEWY""" was Johnathan C. yet always used Charles Dewey, married an Indian girl from Illinois Katie J Fuller. Dewey & Kate resettled around Wheatly having a boarding house?cafe? at one point in time. FULLERS were from I.T. Illinois and believed to be chickamangua Cherokee as well. most Fuller kids went to Prescott Hope area. ANy information would be greatly appreicated DaveKennedy

I would like to receive information regarding the murder of a woman whose surname was LINCOMFELT. She married a man whose last name was DEARING. Mr. DEARING was suppose to have killed his wife and another man in Clarendon. Mr. DEARING died in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. The woman's first name may have been Cora, Clem, or Chrissy. The couple had a son by the name of Fred or Freddie DEARING.

I am looking for Griff PAYNE, b 13 Oct 1886 in GA. His parents were Benson PAYNE and Martha CANUTT. Griff is on the Monroe Co Arkansas Census in 1920 and 1930. He also signed up for the WWII draft in the same county. He was married to Etta (don't know last name). His daughter was Mable who married a HENDRICKSON. Please respond if you know of this family.
