QUIT CLAIM DEED WITH RELINQUISHMENT OF DOWER

WILLIAM ALBY AND WIFE TO O.A. PORTER

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That We William Alby and Angeline Alby his wife, for and in consideration of the sum Thirty Dollars to William and Angeline Alby paid by O. A. Porter and Sarah A. Porter do hereby grant, sell and quit claim unto the said O. A. Porter and Sarah A. Porter and unto their heirs and assigns forever the following lands lying in the County of Perry and State of Arkansas, to-wit:
The South East Quarter of the South East of the North East Quarter of Section Sixteen (16) Township four (4) North of Range No (17) Seventeen West containing Ten (10) acres more or less according to U.S. Survey. To have and to hold the same unto the said O. A. Porter and Sarah A. Porter and unto their heirs and assigns forever with all appurtenances thereunto belonging. The above described premises and all appurtenances thereunto belonging.
And I, Angeline Alby for and in consideration of the said sum of money, do hereby release and relinquish unto the said O. A. Porter and Sarah A. Porter all my right of dower in and to the said land.
