Land Deed: Diana Vance to John H. Tubbs et al

County of Perry

Know all men by these present that I Diana Vance for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to me in hand _____ by John H. Tubbs, J.M. Tubbs and Samuel J. Tubbs the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge, do hereby grant bargain sell and convey to the said John H. Tubbs, J.M. Tubbs and Samuel Tubbs and unto their heirs and assigns forever the following lands lying in the County of Perry and State of Arkansas to wit: North Half of South West fractional quarter and Northwest quarter of South East quarter section Thirty (30) Township Three (3) in Range Eighteen (18) West containing 160 acres more or less. To have and to hold the same unto the said John H. Tubbs, J.M. Tubbs and Samuel Tubbs and unto their heirs and assigns forever with all appurtenances there unto belonging. And I hereby covenant with the said John H. Tubbs, J.M. Tubbs and Samuel Tubbs that I will forever warrant and defend title to their heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whatever, witness my hand and seals this 4th dau of December 1889.
