Reverend Aaron Carl Thompson of Little Rock, went to be with his Savior on August 11, 2005. He was preceded in death by his parents Aaron C. And Minnie Bess Adams Thompson, and is survived by his wife Mary Louise Wurz Thompson and daughter Nila Sue (Weldon) Moore of Clarksville, Grandchildren: Ty (Sunny) Moore of Mulberry, and Nick (Laura) Moore of New Boston, Texas and 3 great-grandchildren, brothers: Vernon of Morrdon, Illinois and Charles of Perry, AR, a sister: Artie Howell of Annapolis, Missouri as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Rev. Thompson pastored several Southern Baptist Churches since answering God’s call to the ministry in 1970 the most recent being River Road Baptist Church in Redfield, Arkansas.
Burial will be at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, Arkansas. Arrangements provided by Roller- Drummond Funeral Home (501) 455-5800.
