This is my greatgrandfather, John William McElmurry and
second wife Mrs. Martha Abbott. They were married 9-19-1916 . John was
born 3-17-1863 in Mo. died 11-01-1936 in Randolph county Arkansas. He is
buried in the Antioch cemetery. He was married first to Sarah
"Sallie" Jane Seymore. John's parents were Absolom and Mary
McElmurry. His grandparents were Henry McElmurry and Nancy Pairpoint.

This is a picture of Robert Fredrick and Mary Victora
(McElmurry) Ferguson. This maybe their wedding picture.
The other is of their wedding aniversary . I don't know
which one. They were married January 13, 1908. Mary
was my grandmothers sister. My grandmother was Melissa Josephine McElmurry.
Mary and Melissas parents were John and Sarah (Seymore) McElmurry.

This is a picture of Martha (Sullivan) McElmurry.
Martha was first married to Zach Abbott in 1896. Then she married John
McElmurry, this being his second wife, they were married September 19, 1916 in
Randolph county Arkansas.
