The George W. Dowdy family

This is George W. Dowdy. He was born in 1856 in Stoddard County, Mo to James M. Dowdy and Elizabeth ?. He married Rena Woolford. They had 8 children. It is said that he helped to build the old courthouse in Pocahontas.
