Grandview School of 1915
The above school group photograph was furnished by Clarence Fowler, now of Poplar Bluff, but a native of the Supply community. The picture is that of the Dilbeck School and was made about 1915. Those in the group are, front row, reading from left to right, Donald Smith, Henry Perrin, Edna Redwine, Bonnie Duff, Elmire Dunnavin, Mary Fowler, Eula Ingram, Sadie and Lena Dudley, Eva Wallace, Letha Duff, Doris Redwine and Cleo and Ed Knowlton. Second row, (l. to r.): Arvil Pride, Lloyd Ennis and Niles Ingram, Halley Ennis, Everett Duff, Herman Knowlton, Della Wallace, Eva Benton, Johnnie Fowler, Leonard Brown, Homer Wallace, Green Boyd, and Sherman Fowler. Third row, (l. to r.): Adam Perrin, Tom Pride, Elmer Duff, Ernest Shepherd, Hulen Knowlton, Oma Knowlton (standing higher), Ida Mae Dudley (also standing higher), Oren Perrin, Charlie Cox and Chester Ingram. Top row: Arsh Parish, (standing below) Roy Jolly, Mayme Fowler, Ella Redwine, Estil Parish, Amy Knowlton, Nora Elsie Dudley, Douglas and Charlie Fowler.
This was, at that period, one of the largest schools in the county. The official name of the school was "Grandview", but always went by the name of "Dilbeck", as does the church at that place today.
