WEEKS CEMETERY
Going north from Waldron on Highway 71, turn left on Highway 28 West and go 11.5 miles to Cauthron. Just past Cauthron turn left on Weeks Road. This begins as a paved road but soon becomes a dirt road. Cemetery is 7.5 miles and on the left side of the road. Surveyed and digital photographs taken on March 6, 7 & 13, 2004 by Delaine, Bob & David Edwards. Unmarked Graves:

Beck, Lula J. Welborn, died about 1906. Her grave is located in the northwest corner, outside the fence, near the road. She was full blood Choctaw and the grave is marked with a yellow firebrick with an Indian symbol on it. She died in childbirth and her twin babies are buried with her. Information from her great-great granddaughter Carolyn Collins Grimm.
