To the County board of Examiners of Confederate Pensioners-
I have this day examined Jno. A. Oxford late of Company K 22nd Regm't. Ark. Vol. & I find upon examination a wound of the posterior part of the oscalcis with necrosis of that bone which keeps up a continual drainage which in my opinion prevents him from performing manual labor that requires him being on his feet & in my opinion he should be granted an increase of pension from $25.00 to a 2/3 rating.
