John Pinkney Newborn was born 10 Mar 1834 in Marion Co., TN, the son of Asa D. Newborn. Demanda Kilburn was born 24 Feb 1834 in Lawrence Co., TN, the daughter of Amos (III) and Zilpha Kilburn. "Pink" Newborn and "Mandy" Kilburn were married in Lawrence Co., TN 5 July 1855 and came to Scott Co. along with the Kilburns and others in the late 1850s, settling at Parks. Pink and Mandy Newborn were my husband's great-grandparents. Delaine Edwards
