T.W. Denton and J.H. Oliver were visitors here from Brawley Monday.
George Jones has recently sold the W.E. Chance farm south of town to Mr. Marshall of Guthrie, Okla.
Mrs. Gene Davidson (Forrester) will take Mrs. Sargent’s place in the school beginning Monday.
Dr. Robertson was here from Parks awhile Saturday and was warmly greeted by his many Waldron friends.
This is the Dr’s. first visit here for some time.
The smallpox situation seems to be getting better.
Mr. and Mrs. G.D. Hughes were here from Heavener Wednesday.
We understand that H.L. Fuller will be in the campaign for Circuit Clerk. Mr. Fuller has lots of
friends and will make a strong race.
This week closes work of the first term in our public schools. Second term work begins next Monday,
Jan. 23. We still have crowded conditions in several grades. Children who become six years of age
before Jan. 1, 1922 (the first day of this month) may enter the first grade next Monday of the second
term. Such children should be entered the first day of the term. None will be allowed to enter later
