I am the great-grandaughter of a Scott County family: George Washington Scott (Peter Washington Scott, Thomas Hartford Scott) and Bertha Alta Hawkins (John Bell Hawkins and Sarah Sessions). This picture was among my great grandmother's things. The caption on the back simply says "To George." I'm wondering if anyone can help me identify the picture. It is probably a Hawkins or a Scott or a relation of theirs'.
