WILLIAM THOMAS BIGGS?

I am trying to find out who this person is. I think it is William Thomas Biggs, born Sept. 9, 1849, and died April 21, 1925. He was the father of Mary Belle Biggs (Sims) Smith, and was my father's (William Woodrow Sims) great grandfather, if I am not mistaken.
