I would like to identify the adults in this photo as well as any of the children. My dad, Vatchel Chandler, is the boy in the third row, third from the right. He was the son of Elmer & Effie (Tate) Chandler. Elmer's parents were George A. Chandler & Emma (Cockrell) Chandler of Brawley. Effie's parents were Thomas J. Tate & Siddie (Durley) Tate of Waldron.
